I wish to express my best wishes to all candidates contesting various executive positions in the upcoming constituency level elections of the NPP. As members of one big political tradition with an enviable track record of constantly conducting highly competitive and successful internal elections, it is only prudent that we engage in a competition that is healthy, devoid of personal attacks and all other negative tendencies that could affect or mar our fortunes both now and in the future. I humbly appeal to all delegates to act in good faith and in the supreme interest of the party especially when deciding on persons to lead the party organization at the constituency level. With God on our side, we are sure to bounce back to victory in 2016 and all efforts must be made to ensure that we build very formidable structures at the grassroots and all other levels of organization of the party. It is my prayer and resolve that we will harness the strength in our numbers and the power of our conviction in selecting able bodied men and women capable of leading the party in producing the next president for Ghana in 2016.
