Carl McCoid, a British man who has over 20 Miley Cyrus-related tattoos on his body, has added another to his collection. Carl, who on his Twitter bio describes himself as �a strategic hot mess,� recently posted photos of his 22nd Miley tattoo, which honors the �Wrecking Ball� singer�s new album, �Bangerz.� The 40 year-old is now sporting �Bangerz� in large red letters on his upper back, right below an existing tattoo of the singer�s name written in cursive lettering
