Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom claims Crystal Palace and Norwich want to sign him.
Inkoom, 24, wants to quit Ukrainian side Dnipro in January and said: "There is strong interest and we have begun negotiations with Norwich and Palace."
Jonny Howson, meanwhile, has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal with Norwich.
