The 65th New Year School and conference has ended in Accra with a call on public administrators, educationists and the public to acquire skills in ICT to ensure rapid socio-economic development at all levels.
This is because ICT is among other economic factors that help develop a country.
The Director of the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education Professor, Yaw Oheneba-Sakyi who made the call was confident that with the knowledge shared at the conference, Ghana stands a better chance of developing through ICT applications and education.
