Gov't Secures Funds For Work To Begin On Northern Section Of Eastern Corridor Road
Funding has been secured for the Northern segment of the Eastern corridor road from Oti- Bamako through to Nankpanduri.
Contractors have started mobilising and work begins in earnest.
This will open up the three regions of the North to business opportunities.
President John Mahama, announced this when he addressed a mini durbar of the Chiefs and people of Nalerigu in the Northern region.
He reiterated government�s commitment to invest one billion dollars in the road sector alone.
