Chief Executive Officer of AshantiGold Sporting Club, Kudjoe Fianoo has said that his club is not far from winning the First Capital Plus Premier League. He envisioned that AshantiGold will overtake leaders Asante Kotoko on the league log. Fianoo�s Yellow and Black army sit second in the League as it goes into the second round. AshGold play Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park. �AshantiGold are still in contention for the league title and I must say that our title sponsors are doing everything possible to realize that dream,� he told Ghana Sports. �We can overtake Kotoko because the points gap is not that big. �I believe in my boys and our technical handlers for the wonderful job they are doing.� �The League has not won been won yet by Kotoko. It is early days yet, but with determination and hard work, we will try to win the league this year,� he said.
