Known for his doom prophecies, Founder and General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Rev. Owusu Bempah, who claimed to have averted the death of Royal occupant of the Golden Stool, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II through prayers, has once again prophesied that �calamities� are likely to befall the country. The Prophet presaged yet again that God has revealed to him of a likely overthrown of government (Coup). A coup d'�tat also known as a coup, or an overthrow, is the sudden deposition of a government, usually by a small group of the existing state establishment (typically the military) to depose the existing government and replace it with another body, civil or military. Coup d'�tat is considered successful when the usurpers establish their dominance. When the coup neither fails completely nor succeeds, a civil war is a likely consequence. But Rev. Owusu Bempah says despite the revelation, all must be done to prevent it from happening through relentless prayers. �If you love Ghana, you won�t use gun to overthrow a president. It�s only by election that we can change a president not through arms. I panicked when God revealed this to me in my dreams. I am warning those planning that (coup) to stop. We want peace in Ghana,� he said. Speaking on Adom FM, Monday, the man of God also noted that, the country will also be in a �state of confusion�. Adding that, the media will play a major role to that. �I saw in my dreams that there was confusion all over Ghana�radio stations and the media were involved and masterminded that. I heard Coup d'�tat,� he said. Nonetheless, he warned that �No one should politicize this revelation. People always politicize what I say�let�s take this serious and pray towards this. We have to pray�if not this overthrow can happen. God has spoken to me.�
