The demolition of a toll booth erected by authorities of the University of Ghana under the orders of the National Security Coordinator, Larry Gbevlo Lartey has led to an aspiring National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Emmanuel Atefuah Danso to describe the Mahama-led administration as �Jungle System of Governance� where the rule of law does not exist. National Security Coordinator Larry Gbevlo Lartey, hours after the demolition on Tuesday dawn, explained that the booth needed to be pulled down because it was sited at the wrong place and was a threat to human security as well as causing public nuisance. He justified the demolishing by saying that is the language the security at the University understood and so they needed to deal with the issue in such terms. But speaking to the issue, Emmanuel Atefuah Danso averred on Okay Fm that Ghana cannot develop under this �Rambo Style� of resorting to vandalism and violence since it hinders progress of the country. He opined that the Mahama administration is behaving as though there is no law in the country by allowing government officials to run loose. �Does public nuisance has anything to do with security threat? Don�t we have any other way of settling this issue than this action? Even the case is before court but because the NDC does not believe in the court system; they resort to jungle system of governance where vandalism and violence is the order of the day. This is wrong and hinders progress of the country��we are embarrassing ourselves to the world with such news because we have more intellectual and knowledgeable personalities who are trying hard to develop the country�, he said.
