David Cameron has often talked about his tried and tested 'full bladder technique'. However, it's a strategy to be approached with care and, unfortunately for the people of Colombia, their premier is not quite as adept as ours at keeping his bladder in check. Giving an impassioned speech to supporters at the launch of his re-election campaign in the coastal city of Barranquilla, President Juan Manuel Santos came up a cropper as he began wetting himself onstage.
