Renowned Takoradi-based sports journalist George Kuntu Blankson has released a list of 30 players from which Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah will pick his final World Cup squad.
The Spice 91.9FM sports presenter�s select band of players include 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup top scorer Ebenezer Assifuah, who now plays for Swiss side FC Sion.
In-form Egypt-based striker John Antwi of Ismaily also made the squad. John Mensah, who recently made a return to action in the Slovakian league for FC Nitra, has been tabled for consideration. Kuntu Blankson also included home-based defenders Abeiku Ainooson, Nuru Sulley and Kwabena Edusei.
Hasaacas goalkeeper George Owu and Stephen Adams have been selected.
The veteran journalist claims he has done a lot of monitoring and with his experience coach Appiah will not look beyond these players.
