Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, Aquinas Quansah, says government has not increased premix fuel for the past five months. He said the price of the product only saw a marginal increase last week. In an interview with Radio Ghana, Mr. Quansah said his Ministry will be meeting the Fishermen Council next week to see the way forward. Mr. Quansah's comments follow demands from some fishermen who are reluctant to go to sea due to high price of premix fuel.
