ECOBANK Ghana Launches ECOBANK Direct

Ecobank Ghana has opened the first digital and financial services advisory centre of its kind in West Africa called �the Ecobank Direct�which is said to enable Ecobank tech-savvy customers to benefit from the convenience of real time digital transactions. Speaking at the official opening of the center, the Managing Director of Ecobank Ghana, Sam Ashitey Adyei emphasized that, the financial advisory center is set to change the landscape of banking which offers customers a unique experience that provides both control of their banking and financial freedom. Adding up to this, the Ecobank�s Group Chief Executive Officer Albert Essien stressed that, this initiative shows their ability to stay ahead of the competition in a fast changing market through customer � centric innovation, enabling customers to have a direct relationship with Ecobank that is immediate and available 24/7. The Digital center have certain features like a private and enclosed video conferencing suite to access expert advice in real time staff located at other branches, touch-screen tablets for accessing Ecobank�s internet banking among others.
