One person has been killed in an accident that occurred on the La Beach road on Monday.
According to an eyewitness report, an articulated truck collided with a motorbike carrying two people.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Police Hospital morgue and the inured passenger is receiving treatment at the hospital.
The eyewitness, who gave his name as Alex reported that the Nungua Police arrived at the scene of the accident and have restored order and traffic is moving smoothly.
