Vice President Amissah-Arthur Visits Fruits Processing Company At Asamankese

Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur visited Pinora Limited fruits processing company at Asamankese in the Eastern Region. The visit forms part of the government's efforts at assisting local industries to explore avenues and opportunities that will enable them to be successful in their operations. Pinora, a free zone company, was established in 2006 with a daily production capacity of 400 metric tonnes of citrus. The company has the largest processing juice plant in West Africa with a workforce of more than 300. It also engages more than 10 thousand farmers with a guaranteed income.
