Apostolic Church, Ghana Pastors Confab Ends

The annual National Pastors Conference of the Apostolic Church - Ghana has ended in Accra, with a call on the ministers of the church to develop a can do spirit to facilitate their use by God to do His work. The President of the Apostolic Church - Ghana, Apostle Ebenezer Nsesa Abebrese, who addressed the closing session, also urged them to persevere, grow in the spirit and tackle their task of preaching the word and winning souls for Christ with determination. Quoting extensively from the Holy Bible, he charged the pastors to work in unity in order to achieve the purpose of their calling. The conference, which was held at the Apostolic Resource Conference and Retreat Centre at Frafraha, was attended by 400 pastors and apostles from across the country and beyond. It was held on the theme, Nay, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. The participants were given a series of talks and training in the apostolic ministry. Apostle Abebrese stressed the need for the nation to seek peace and for the public to live in peace with each other, as peace was a prerequisite for nation building. He made a special appeal to the youth to imbibe the fear of God since that was the beginning of wisdom, adding that if people did Gods will, He, in turn, would lift the nation high. Apostle Abebrese impressed on political and opinion leaders to seek Gods guidance in all their endeavours, to move the nation in the right direction.
