Okay� Jasmine Toliver, a woman from Brooklyn in New York City, has started an online petition on Change.org for Jay Z and Beyonc� to comb their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter�s hair. As most people know, Change.org is mostly used to create awareness about more crucial matters like #BringBackOurGirls, putting an end to rape and violence, as well as saving animals in particular regions. The description on the request reads: As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It�s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyonc� has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let�s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair. Over 100 people have signed the petition and they are commenting. �Because no child who�s mom spends thousands on her hair (monthly) should live life looking like a sheep!� says Nancy Kondo, while Annie Campbell says �Cruelty to children has to stop�.
