The company, he said, had conducted several network performance tests, which show the network experience is back to normal. He explained that the company was pleased to report that its network traffic rapidly recovered before the incident, and the company on June 5, began compensating its customers for the inconvenience caused by the outage. He said majority of its prepaid customers have already received compensation and its Enterprise customers will receive a discount on their bills at the end of June.
