The South Dayi District Assembly has proposed to pay GH41,600 as ex gratia to 32 assembly members after their tenure in December this year. To this end, each assembly member is expected to be paid GH1,300 in two equal instalments within a year after the dissolution of the assembly. He said all revenue sources for mobilising internally generated funds had been identified towards the payment of the ex gratia to the members.
