Arrest Prez Mahama, Amissah Arthur, Betty Mould, Barton Oduro, Kwabena Duffuor....CAF Tells Police

In connection with the Supreme Court ruling which ordered Alfred Agbesi Woyome to refund the 51.2 million judgment debt paid him between 2009 2010 to the state; the leadership of Citizens Awake Forum (CAF) per the verdict calls for the arrest of the aforementioned persons. The leadership of CAF would want to ask what is the purpose of the Oath taken by President and his Ministers? Do they look at the constitution to swear to defraud the state? In regard to President Mahama, CAF finds its rather funny and interesting that as the head of the Economic Management team whose duty is to control the funds of the state rather under his watch could not stop the payment of a huge sum 51.2 million of the tax payers money to Woyome. Surprisingly, Vice President Amissah Arthur who was then the Governor of the Bank of Ghana and seen as an in expert the field of Economies could childishly release funds to the tune of 51.2 million to Woyome knowing very well that Woyome had no valid Betty Mould who is seen by many as an intelligent lawyer and a role model to many young girls could aide Woyome to steal from the state. Barton Oduro is no exception. Kwabena Duffuor as a Finance Minister who was in charge of the National purse could stand that low for Betty mould to deceive him into paying such a huge sum of money to Woyome. Martey Newman who has direct access to the President and advises the President on the state of actions taken by Ministers could not stop payment to Woyome. Samuel Neequaye Tetteh, the principal chief state Attorney at the Attorney General department who was to defend the state rather could not exercise his intellectual ability which in effect made Ghana lose a huge sum of money to Woyome. It was surprise that his wife benefitted from that 51.2 million Lastly, Paul Asimenu, the Director of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Finance is no exception. They all in way or the other connive with Woyome to deceive the state The effect is what we see today. The increment in the fuel prices, high transport cost, utility hikes, unemployment among the youth In view of this, CAF calls on the Police Administration for the arrest of the above mentioned names since no one is above the law. Thank You. AGREED UPON BY THE LEADERSHIP OF Citizens Awake Forum (CAF): ERNEST KOJO SMITH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (+233 240 179 530) JOHN D.
