The Board Chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV, has stated emphatically that his side has the best technical bench going into the start of this season. He made this known as the club made changes to its technical set-up ahead of the new season. According to Togbe Afede XIV, the sky has become the limit for the club with his board yearning for glory as was during the early 2000's. �We want more than what the fans want that is why, we went for the best in the land,� he said after securing the services of Herbert Addo. "The board will work hand-in-hand to support the coach to build a strong squad that can challenge for the upcoming premier league title." Hearts unveiled Herbert Addo as the head coach of the club with Stephen Abugri as his assistant. Saban Quaye takes over as the new Team Manager while, ex-Black Stars goalie Eddie Ansah will supervise the goalkeeping department.
