PPP Scribe Outdoors Movement For Real Change 2016

Under the tenure of the current administration, Ghana has been fraught with economic, financial and administrative difficulties. And as the nation prepares for the 2016 general election, a member of the Progressive Peoples Party, Mr. Charles Owusu has formed a new movement which aims to educate the voter on the need for a real change. In an interview with Peacefmonline.com, Mr. Charles Owusu explained that the Movement for Real Change 2016 (MFRC2016), based on the appalling performance the NDC has shown, Ghanaians must learn to elect leaders who would always work around the social contract they signed with voters before ascending to power. A copy of the MFRC2016 release The Movement for Real Change 2016 (MFRC 2016) is a people centered movement formed in the wake of economic, financial and administrative difficulties facing Ghana. The urgency for the formation of this movement is the need to bring the Ghanaian populace on board to choose a leader capable of discharging the leadership traits that ought to correspond with the social contract of electoral voters in 2016. Very Often, the Ghanaian voter has misconstrued the idea of Change and thought that an alternation of political parties is change. The results has proved wrong and so there is the need to do something more than just changing political parties, but also changing leadership in the real sense of change. The movement believes that there are some fundamental elements that the Messiah Leader in Ghana must possess. These include Commitment to improve efficiency in government administration oA significant reduction in size of government oControlled profligate expenditure. Commitment of institutional reforms that will ensure the above: oSeparating the office of the Attorney General from the Ministry of Justice in order to improve objective prosecutions that will help reduce corruption. oEnsuring the complete separation of powers between the Legislature and Executive oFree election of MMDCEs by universal adult suffrage foot soldiers to elect DCEs Commitment to the use of government purchasing power to provide market for home grown industries such as oRice farming oPoultry oAutomobile etc. Commitment to the improvement of educational system to ensure that there is Affordable Education for the haves and free compulsory education for the have nots. Commitment to the improvement of data management through the National Identification Authority(NIA) in order to ensure oImproved Criminal records oImproved Health records oImproved residential records oImproved credit records that will help reduce interest rates on lending.
