Although the Lawyer for the plaintiffs tried in his capacity to engage the Son of the President Kwasi Yankah as well as the President himself for amicable settlement but to no avail hence to Re-list the case for hearing. It is however not be clear who did not do his or her work well for the disappointment to occur but what could be told is that a notice of summon has been served Mr. Kojo Yankah, President of AUCC, Ogowuchuku Nkwekwe, Dean of Students, Sangmorkie Tetteh, SRC President and the electoral commissioner, Solomon Anderson to defend the case against them.- Meanwhile, on the issue of the sex scandal that hit AUCC some few months ago, we are yet to familiarize ourselves with the findings or otherwise of the committee that was set up to investigate deeper into the issue that implicated some 5 teachers of the institution.
