I Thought Adu Asare Had BallsWhy Was He Then Crying? - John Boadu Quizzes

It appears the local clich Cry your own cry seems to be the in-thing with some government appointees appearing before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry investigating Ghanas disgraceful performance at the 2014 World Cup finals staged in Brazil. After the former Youth and Sports Minister Elvis Afriyie Ankrah uncontrollably wept at the Commissions hearing, another drama emanated on Monday when the Chairman of the Protocol and Supporters Welfare Committee during 2014 Brazil World Cup, Kojol Adu-Asare faced the commission. The former NDC law-maker for the people of Adentan in the Greater Accra Region, also known as Hon Swagger, during some bombardments of questions from the commissions panel, could not hold back his tears in the full glare of the public. According to the Swagger man, he was devastated by reports that his committee pocketed monies meant for organizing and airlifting diehard football fanatics to Brazil. But speaking on Asempa FM, Tuesday, the New Patriotic Party [NPP] National Organizer, John Boadu questioned by Mr. Adu-Asare wept. I thought Adu-Asare was manly enough with balls, so why was he crying? he quizzed. Uncle JB, as popularly called, opined that, If the allegations labeled against Adu-Asare is false, then why cant he explain himself for the public to know rather than cry. The crying will not solve anything. They stand accused of embezzling state funds and instead of them to account forthey rather cry.
