NPP Will Turn Things Around

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, a flagbearer aspirant for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), says the October 18 delegates Congress will set the tone for a shift in the way the country is governed. He said the exercise being embarked upon by the largest opposition party should not be seen as merely selection of a flagbearer to contest the December 2016 election, but one to elect a leader who would change the fortunes of Ghanaians. Addressing the partys delegates at Sene in the Brong Ahafo Region in his ongoing tour of the country, Nana Akufo-Addo who is tipped to get a landslide victory, described the impending congress as a process that would change the future for Ghana. We want to make sure the youth find employment. We want to ensure that education does not become an unbearable burden for parents, to be able to fix your roads for you and to bring prosperity to every Ghanaian, he said. He said, What is important is ensuring that Ghanaians will have the confidence to give the NPP the opportunity to remove the incompetent NDC administration. That is what is important. He hinted that three years down the lane, we havent seen anything. An Akufo-Addo government will use less than three years to complete this important stretch of road if given the opportunity. We (NPP) are not asking for power to enrich ourselves we want power to help Ghana. Nana Akufo-Addo made a passionate appeal to the people to try the NPP and see for yourselves if we can do the job or not adding, If you vote for us and we are not able to turn around your fortunes in three years, simply kick us out.
