Parliamentary Aspirant Launches Album To Draw Politicians To God

The 2012 parliamentary candidate for the Independent People�s Party (IPP) in the New Juaben South Constituency, Hefasoulnia Brown Akyea Mansah will on 29th October this year, launch his first single Album, with the tittle "time with God" at Aheneba Kokoben in Kumasi, the Ashanti regional capital. The 50 minutes worship is aimed at converting politicians in the country to be God fearing to enable them exhibit the fear of God in all their endeavors. According to the politician-musician, the absence of the fear of God among majority of Ghanaian politicians is responsible for the massive corruption eating deep into the bone marrow of the economy and retarding the growth of the country. He explained that, if politicians would be honest and selfless in their service to the country, Ghana would be a better place to live in. Mr Mensah who wants to be called Ark Brown in the showbiz industry is the junior brother of renowned gospel musician, Nicholas Omane Acheampong. He has served as backing vocalist to many gospel musicians such as Nicholas Omane Acheampong, Pastor Joe Bechem and Nana Yaw Asare. He said, the launching is expected to be done by Prophet Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom popularly Known as Prophet one. He said the second launching would take place at Bethany Church headed by Cardinal Patrick Owura , at Asalum Down in Accra. The producer, Joseph Potakey Kwashie (Big Joe) expressed optimism that the song would touch hearts of Ghanaians, especially politicians to enable them think positively for the country by refraining from acts that impede national growth and development.
