A sinister plot hatched by some unscrupulous businessmen to eliminate Oheneba Ntim-Barimah, a natural medicine Practitioner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Soul Health & Wellness Centre has been exposed by one of the persons within that evil ring of businessmen. Oheneba Ntim-Barimah who is also a radio and television broadcaster and a chief advocate for preventive health medicine has been on the black list of those evil minded businessmen for the obvious reason that he (Oheneba) has been speaking on healthy dieting and the very harmful effects of some processed foods because of the chemicals contained therein. Speaking in an exclusive interview with The New Crusading GUIDE to narrate the threat to his life, the health and wellness advocate indicated that he had received an anonymous call a couple of weeks ago telling him about a murder plot being hatched against him by some un-named businessmen. He said, the caller told him that the conspiracy of which he (anonymous caller) was very much a part was borne out of their anger at his health education on safe dietary habit on radio and television which was killing their businesses because people were drifting away in drones from some processed foods. Oheneba stated that the caller had actually warned him to take his �tip-off� seriously because he did not want him dead but the rest of them did and had sworn to go to any limit to ensure that he was killed because they were losing close to 70% through his advocacy programs. He said, the caller also told him point blank that they were bent on killing him before December 2014 to serve as a deterrent because of the recent development where a lot of people are joining the bandwagon of airing all sorts of research reports on radio and television against certain products on the market. Oheneba underscored the fact that though it was difficult to take the masked caller seriously it was quite instructive to note that some happenings in the last few weeks around the Centre and other places which he chronicled in his tip-off was worthy of notice and stroked curiosity. The CEO of Soul Health & Wellness Centre said he was able to lay credence to what the caller said because he drew his attention to some strange happenings at the centre like the day when he (Oheneba) went to the office and all the 16 security cameras around the centre was turned upwards. The caller said they had done that the night before around 1:30am and it was planned that a lady will go to the centre and as soon as she left, she was going to collapse at the forecourt and in the middle of the mayhem when Oheneba came out some hired gunmen were going to shoot him dead. He said the caller also drew his attention to an incidence which occurred during his recently organized health walk at Aburi where he had instructed that no �foreign� hawkers should be allowed within their area but some women came to disturb there hoping that he (Oheneba) will come out. According to him, the caller told him that he was lucky he didn�t come out otherwise he would have fallen within the target range of the hired hit-men who laid ambush nearby for him. Ohenema emphasized that the most striking of all the things that the caller had indicated was one incident where a lady went to the centre and persisted that he should give her medication but he refused after a long heated argument between them because the woman didn�t have a laboratory report. According to him, he never prescribes natural health treatment to a patient without hospital report or a laboratory report from a known medical laboratory. He explained that the plan here was had he prescribed anything for her, the team had a medical team ready to diagnose her with all sorts of illness as a result of whatever he may have prescribed for her just to tarnish his hard won reputation in the field of research into natural medicine.. Quizzed as to how he planned to ensure that he did not fall prey to those unscrupulous businessmen, Oheneba stated that he had already reported the matter to the Criminal Investigative Department(CID) of the Police Headquarters .�We are also beefing up personal and internal security to avert any such evil action�, he assured.
