The New Patriotic Party Flagbearer race has been a slippery ground for Mr Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen but he recorded his best results in two constituencies in the Volta Region. Results from many constituencies declared showed Mr Kyerematen trailing Nana Akufo-Addo by huge margins. While Nana Akufo-Addo�s figures were in the hundreds, Mr Kyerematen was mostly in tens. However, Mr Kyerematen made a big showing in the Ketu South and Ketu North constituencies in the Volta Region. He got his highest regional votes from the Volta Region. Ketu South Nana Akufo-Addo - 332 Francis Addae-Nimoh - 8 Alan Kyerematen - 231 Ketu North Nana Akufo-Addo - 273 Francis Addai-Nimoh - 5 Alan Kyerematen - 167 Interestingly, Ketu South recorded the highest number of rejected ballots from the results.
