I�m Waiting To See If Ghana Will Have The Effrontery To Grant Compaore Asylum � Pratt

Managing Editor of the Insight Newspaper Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has vehemently warned that the embattled former President of Burkina Faso, Blaise Compaore should not be allowed into Ghana. He said he will personally pioneer a massive nationwide demonstration against any decision to allow him (Blaise Compaore) into the already existing labour turbulence that has engulfed the nation. The Chief Editor reiterated that the Burkinabe President has committed unprecedented heinous crimes and was never concern about the welfare on Burkina Faso. �Blaise Compaore Has never acted in the interest of the people of Burkina Faso. He never acted in the interest African treaty. He was always acting in the interest of the predatory forces against Africans�, he chronicled. Burkina Faso's President Blaise Compaore has announced his resignation, following violent protests at his attempt to extend his 27-year rule. The protest follows his attempt to amend some constitutional provisions to enable him run for elections next year for another five-year term. In an interview with Radio Gold�s Alhassan Suhuyini on Alhaji and Alhaji Saturday, Mr. Pratt said Blaise Compaore is an exposed traitor looking for a place to hide, cautioning that Ghana is not a �place of escape� for homicides like Compaore. �This is the man who is running for cover, and I�m waiting to see whether Ghana will have the effrontery to grant him asylum here�we shall meet him with a massive demonstration�, he added.
