PHOTOS: Most Creative & Entertaining Show In 2014 So Far "The Versatile Show"+Full VIDEO

Rapper, Singer, Songwriter, Composer Okyeame Kwame rocked the capital over the weekend with what has largely been described as the most creative and entertaining event in 2014 so far. After a year�s break the second edition of the Versatile Show titled �The Beggars,� came off successfully in two showings at the National Theatre on Saturday November 8, 2014. The production was a mix of music, magic, comedy, dance, drama and poetry. The 70-member cast includes notable names like Wanlov Kubolor, Adjetey �Pusher� Anang, Ecow Smith-Asante, Samini, Bradez, Edem, EL, Keche, Adina, DJ Andy Dosty, Choirmaster (Praye honeho) and Noyam Dance Institute. The production delves into the issue of begging. While some do it outright on the streets, others go about it in a veiled way and sometimes do not even realize that they are beggars. The story is told through the eyes of a prostitute, pimp, pastor, police officer, politician and professor. The ��Versatile Show�� was created by Okyeame Kwame in 2012 with the help of Uncle Ebo Whyte on drama and Prof NiiYartey of Noyam Dance institute on dance. The concept is to create a total art experience. The vision is to improve stage crafts, Hiplife music and give patrons their monies worth and indeed patron for both showing expressed satisfaction after experiencing Okyeame Kwame and his 70 member crew on stage.
