As part of efforts to deliver unmatched mobile service to meet its growing customer base, Vodafone Ghana has launched its Experience Centre after terminating its contract with Teletech, a South African company. Explaining the idea behind the experience centre, the Commercial Director at Vodafone Ghana, Nii Boye Adjei said, the experience centre is a fusion of traditional telephone interaction format with improved alternatives like quicker responses to calls and a 95% resolution of issues. Naming the additional functionalities of the centre, Mr. Adjei said the centre has an online channel where customers are able to submit their complaints and have their issues resolved in the shortest possible time. Mr Adjei added customers can conveniently access Experience Centre services via SMS, online live chat sessions, email and other virtual world platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
