An Aspiring deputy National Propaganda Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has taken a swipe at Hon. Dominic Nitiwul, the deputy Minority leader of Parliament for not using locally produced rice in his controversial 12.5 kilograms cocaine illustration. According to Alhaji Nariru Mohammed, the Minority in the august House of Parliament has openly displayed their insatiable taste for foreign goods by flaunting the Indonesian produced rice while he could have opted for a local one. ��by this action, he has demonstrated his knowledge of how 12.5 kg cocaine looks like. For some of us who do not do cocaine and have no members of our party who do cocaine, we cannot tell exactly what 12.5 kilos of cocaine looks like so by his action, he has demonstrated his knowledge and know-how of the cocaine business. �And also, he has reinforced our believe that the purchase of the China chairs at Parliament was the making of the Minority, as the rice he flaunted on the floor of the august House could have been made in Ghana to champion the course and make everyone understand the need to purchase made in Ghana rice. Clearly, their taste and believe in the foreign goods is an indication that when they get power, they would worsen the plight of Ghanaians by encouraging imports to make our balance deficit higher,� he said in an exclusive interview with Peacefmonline.com . Alhaji naziru Mohammed�s comments comes after the deputy Minority Leader of Parliament who doubles as the Member of Parliament for the Bimbila Constituency, Hon. Dominic Nitiwul took with him, to the floor of Parliament, small bags of Indonesian made rice, weighing about 12 kg to ask how this amount of cocaine could pass through the Kotoka International Airport without detection.
