Kasapreko Company Limited (KCL) has supported the funeral celebration of the late Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng II, Omanhene of Kwahu Traditional Area. The company donated drinks and cash amount to the Funeral Planning Committee. Presenting the donation to the Committee, Mr. Yaw Mensah, Sales Manager of KCL expressed the company�s deepest sympathy to the people of Kwahu on the Omahene�s sudden demise. He said the donation is the company�s widow�s mite in support of the funeral celebration of the Omanhene. Mr. Mensah added that the late Omanhene, showed great commitment to the development of the Kwahu Traditional Area through his policies and programmes. He is credited with being a key player in the growth of the annual Kwahu Easter festival which has become a much anticipated festival in the country. The Chief of Kwahu Asakrakra, Chairman of the Funeral Planning Committee who received the drinks and cash donation on behalf of the Committee thanked KCL for the gesture; he assured them that it would go a long way to help in the funeral. The funeral ceremony is scheduled to take place from Sunday December 7 to Monday December 15, 2014 at Abene, the Capital of the Kwahu Traditional Area.
