Provisional results received from the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, venue of the Delegates Congress of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) indicates that Joshua Akamba and Gabriel Mahdi have taken a giant lead ahead in the deputy National Organizer contest of the . Peacefmonline.com sources say PROVISIONAL results from seven regions tabulated so far show, Joshua Akamba the incumbent deputy national Organizer has polled 1,681 votes whiles his strongest contender had 1,331 ballots counted in his favour. The other two contestants in the Deputy National Organizer race Baba Sheriff who has so far polled 688 whereas Cudjoe Afeke got 239 votes. Counting of ballots are still underway as contestants and their supporters wait to see what is in store for them in the three remaining Regions. These provisions results are from the Ashanti, Volta, Western, Northern, Upper East, Brong Ahafo and upper West Regions.
