Ghanaians Urged To Have Faith In The Countrys Economy

Mr Antwi-Boasiako Sekyere, Eastern Regional Minister, has urged Ghanaians to have faith in the ability of the countrys leadership to achieve economic success, and consequently improve upon the standards of living of the citizenry in the very near future. He, therefore, urged all Ghanaians to contribute their quota, no matter how small it was, and wherever they found themselves, towards the development of the country. The Regional Minister was speaking at the regional celebration of the Nine Lessons and Carols Festival, organized by the Eastern Regional Office of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, in collaboration with the Eastern Region in collaboration with the Regional Coordinating Council in Koforidua. In a sermon, the Eastern Regional Apostle of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle A.K Miah, said the three mistakes one could commit were to refuse to accept Jesus as one's saviour, reject Him as the Christ, and replace Him with another God. Apostle Miah explained that the importance of Christmas is for Christians to see God and accept Him into their hearts, and He would ensure that darkness and fear would not be a threat to such people. The Police Band provided music at the function which was attended by Reverend Ministers, Choirs from the various churches and some Heads of Departments
