JMs Reshuffle Finally Here -Massive Shakeup Expected At Ministries, Parastatals, Financial Sector Etc

After going through grueling and troubling times to lift the country from a near collapsed economy, President John Dramani Mahama appears to have settled and gearing up to utilize the last two years of his first term to turn around the fortunes of the country. Reliable intelligence gathered by The aL-hAJJs from the seat of government reveals that all is now set for President John Mahama to announce a major shakeup of his government to reinvigorate the administration and give to it a new image. In the next seventy-two hours, the President will release the reshuffle list, dependable Flag Staff House source disclosed to The aL-hAJJ. According to our source unlike previous reshuffles this particular one will cut across ministers, their deputies, people at the seat of government, parastatal institutions, and the financial sector among others. The source say aside ministries which will see some ministers or deputy ministers either being ousted or swapping positions, the Flagstaff House, state financial institutions, the Bank of Ghana and state-owned companies will all taste some form of shuffling. The shake-up, which those who have the ears of the president have dubbed house cleaning exercise is a wrap-up on the presidents famous thank you green letter announced last year; and would see major changes with some appointees going home whiles other will be shifted from their president positions. The aL-hAJJ sources have hinted the paper that there will be some movements of senior staffs at the presidency before the reshuffling train makes a stop at the ministries where some underperformed ministers and deputy ministers will be shown the exit. Though The aL-hAJJ has an idea of the list, we prefer it is heard from the horses (the President) own mouth but we can confirm that, as usual of cabinet reshuffles, some ministers and deputies will swap positions while some hard working deputies ministers will be promoted and in some instances some will be shown the exit. Other sectors to taste the shakeup are some state financial agencies, state-owned companies and the security services Chief executives of some parastatal institutions and boards of these corporations, sources told this paper, may be packing home or send to other institutions. The iminent reshuffle The aL-hAJJ has gathered is geared towards reinvigorating the government in preparedness for President Mahamas vow to deliver on his enhanced better Ghana agenda.
