Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, a Private legal Practitioner has advised Ghanaian men to make full disclosure of their intent to have sex with women and not take them by surprise. According to him, it would even be better if they make the ladies fill consent forms before beginning the actual sex act. �..men must make women fill sex consent forms before having sex with them. It is to help men have documentary evidence of the lady�s permission to have sex in case they turn around to make any accusation of sex. �One can even digitally record the ladies when they are moaning and groaning out of ecstasy,� he said on Okay FM. This advice comes on the heels of a rape allegation made against Entertainment icon, Kwesi Kyei Dakwah (KKD), by a 19-year-old lady. The Ace broadcaster who has been behind bars since the beginning of the year was remanded again for another one week after the hearing for his bail application was adjourned to January 13, 2015. This notwithstanding, the hearing of the substantive case against KKD for allegedly raping Ewureffe Orleans Thompson is scheduled for a District court in Accra on Thursday. KKD has denied the rape allegations and said he had �consensual sex� with Ewureffe Orleans Thompson but Lawyer Maurice Ampaw is of the view that he would have been in a better position to defend himself if, he had made the lady fill a consent form. �Another way to get the consent of a woman before sex aside the filling of the consent form is to smooch her to the point where she would direct your penis into her vagina. When it gets to that point, you did not do the penetration and you are free,� he opined.
