Atsu Admits Algerias Quality

Ghana midfielder Christian Atsu has admitted that, their next group opponents, Algeria is a well organised team with high conversion rate. Speaking to the media at a press conference on Wednesday, Atsu said he watched the game between Algeria and South Africa and was convinced they have what it takes to present a strong opposition to them. They are very organised and can score more so it will not be an easy match. We need to be focused in our game against them to get the desired results. Atsu, said they had taken notes of their errors in the first game and have been working on that. After the painful loss we had a meeting and discussed the game thoroughly. It will not be repeated this time, because we shall be much more careful, he stated. According to the midfielder, they had no option than to win against Algeria adding that, anything short of victory will see them out of the competition. We cannot afford to drop another point in this competition. We have so much to lose and we are going all out to clinch victory. He said the team had put the past behind them and concentrating on the task ahead and called on Ghanaians to rally behind them.
