The morning show host affiliate station, Dormaa FM in the Brong Ahafo region has died.
50-year-old Kwaku Baffuor Asare popularly known as Winner Man according to colleagues died Friday morning after a short illness. The sudden demise of the broadcast journalist with 20 year experience has thrown the entire township of Dormaa into mourning.
Some his colleagues who spoke to Adom News eulogized Winner Man describing him as a mentor.
They said he contributed immensely to the growth and success of making Dormaa FM a household name.
"He was the one we look up to and his commitment to work propel us to give off our best" a colleague told Adom FM.
Winner man left behind a wife and three young children.
