Love Doesnt Die-Out Quickly; I Still Love My Husband - Mrs. Terlabi

Mrs. Monica Terlabi has confessed she is still in love with her husband, Hon. Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, MP for Lower Manya Krobo despite his infidelity and harsh treatment towards her.

Daily Guide newspaper reported that Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Lower Manya Krobo in the Eastern Region has packed out of his matrimonial home leaving behind his estranged wife.

The MP, who doubles as a Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Monday afternoon allegedly stormed his government bungalow apartment at Osu Ringway’ near the State house and took away electrical appliances and stuffed chairs in the absence of his wife, Monica Terlabi.

He was said to have moved to join his mistress at East Legon a suburb o Accra.

It was again reported that the Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources locked up his wife in their bedroom amidst refuse on their matrimonial bed.

But despite these entire ordeal from her husband, Mrs. Monica Terlabi on Okay FM’s "Ade Akye Abia" Morning Show has vouched to still stay married to Hon. Okletey Terlabi because she is still in love with her husband.

“When he met me, I was not desperate for a husband...he said he didn’t have a wife and not that he had a problem with his wife; as at now, I don’t know his supposed wife they are talking about. You know love doesn’t quench quickly and so I still love him,” she confessed.

“In marriage if you allow yourself, challenges can set in and it is sad we are going through this now. There is no issue between us if not the girlfriend he went for and the lady in question, I have not said anything evil about her except that I warned him to stay away from that house which harbors cocaine dealers...I wanted the best for my husband because we suffered before getting to where we are now; maybe I should not have warned him against staying in the cocaine house because it has cost my marriage,” she bemoaned.

She however wondered why Hon. Ebenezer Terlabi is blaming her over his name being attached to the cocaine saga involving a member of the ruling NDC after he had refused to stay away from the cocaine house.
