Nigeria Eye Ghana Friendly March 29 In London

The Super Eagles are hoping to engage the Black Stars in a warm-up game come March after playing Bolivia

Nigeria are looking forward to play Ghana in an international friendly on March 29 in London.

According to the Nigeria Bulletin, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has said the Super Eagles will first play Bolivia on March 26 at the Nest of Champions in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State before engaging their west African rivals three days later.

The report said Brazil were the original opponents of the 2013 African champions, however, the Selecao will be playing Chile at the Emirates Stadium that same day.

Ghana last played Nigeria in 2011 at the Vicarage Road in a game which ended 0-0.

In 2007, the Black Stars hammered the Super Eagles 4-1 in a friendly. No official word has come from the Ghana FA yet.
