I Prevented Dumsor When The Dam Was At Its Lowest Level- Wereko-Brobby

The Power Forum, a Joy FM thought initiative to attempt a solution to the crippling power crisis has begun in earnest at the Kofi Annan ICT Centre.

All the men, women who matter and who are involved in Ghana’s power sector have converged at the venue for the thought-provoking discussions, hopefully laden with solutions to solve the crisis.

Already the moderator of the forum Charles Wereko-Brobby has indicated it is more a solution finding-forum than who caused what?

The former VRA boss Charles Wereko-Brobby said the dumsor as it is affectionately called started with six hours, moved to 12 hours and its now 24 hours.

It can’t be any worse he hinted but said “I prevented  dumsor when the dam was at its lowest level and the I got sacked.”

Key amongst the stakeholders are CEO of VRA-Ing Kirk Coffie, CEO OF GRIDCO-William Amuna, CEO of the Energy Commission Dr Ofosu Ahenkorah, CEO of AGI Seth Twum Akwaboah, Solar Energy Advocate-Kwame Adade and Exec Director of ACEP- Dr Amin Adam.
