(Video) Police Fire Shots As Kpone Youth Destroy Properties
Hundreds of youth at Kpone within the Kpone Kantamanso constituency in the Greater Accra Region, yesterday embarked on a rampage and destroyed properties in the area.
Lack of transparency on the side of the Kpone Traditional Council (KTC), forced them to embark on the demonstration which left eighteen demonstrators with sustained gunshot wounds.
In a video captured by United Television, some of the demonstrators can be seen pulling down a fence wall erected on a parcel of land believed to be part of the Kpone Public Cemetery. Others decided to raze down a developer’s site office before turning their attention to the KTC offices.
