Vivian Amarh, whose third child was born with both male and female genitals says she is going through difficulties living with her.

Narrating her story on Asempa FM, the distraught mother said she had no clue about her daughter’s situation during her pregnancy until she was born. Vivian Amarh attributed the situation to a family curse saying that since the death of her father, life has never been easy for her and the siblings.

According to Vivian, her first born got crippled after three years and died later, she conceived again and eight months later had a miscarriage and later gave birth to the hermaphrodite.

She indicated that her only worry is about the future of her child becuase people see her as abnormal.

She stated that doctors have diagnosed that the child is more of woman than man since her vagina  more functional than the penis.

Vivian Amarh said she now needs about GHC 300.00 for the operation.
