Technology giant, Samsung Electronics West Africa (SEWA) has begun pre-view and pre-order activation for its latest flagship handsets, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge at the Accra Mall.

The activation is to give the general public a first-hand experience of Samsung’s latest handheld devices. In addition, patrons will have access to the latest accessories collection that feature, this will provide consumers with diverse ways to express their style and personalize their devices.

The latest flagship in the Samsung Galaxy family gives users many advanced features that offer smart solutions to their everyday lives.

Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge batteries support fast charging that can offer up to 4 hours of usage time after only 10 minutes of charging. Consumers who pre-order either of the phones during the activation will be given free wireless chargers.

Samsung's Ultra Power Saving Mode, which can keep you on the grid if your battery level hits the danger zone, returns in the new models.

The Galaxy S6 Edge has an advanced lighting technology, which emits exclusive lights from the edges that are colour-specific to various contacts and caller groups. This amazing feature helps the user identify who the caller is without looking at the phone.

Smartphone enthusiasts can go to the Accra, Marina and West Hills Malls to experience the all new Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Customers can start pre-ordering the device at any authorised Samsung dealer shops and authorised operators near them. The activation will end on April 16, 2015 ahead of the official launch on Friday, April 17, 2015.
