Satellites Open World Cup Camp Today

World cup winning coach Sellas Tetteh has named a 35 provisional man squad for the tournament to held in New Zealand.

Ghana who are paired in Group B alongside Argentina, Panama and Austria, were bronze medalists at the 2015 African Youth Championship in Senegal.

The team’s performance in Senegal is believed to have influenced the early camping as head coach Sellas Tetteh is bent on improving the teams stock ahead of the competition.

Ghana is the first African country to ever win the FIFA Under 20 World Cup, beating Brazil on penalty in the year 2009.
