Close advisors to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) 2016 Flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, are very angry and justifiably so. The reason is that a document that Nana relied on last November to alleged that the cost of the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange was false!
The document in question is a Quality Assurance issue Data, prepared by one Laverme Dimitror, a Transport Specialist at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). The date of submission is July 18, 2015. Yes, July 18, 2015, whilst today’s date is April 15, 2015!
The source said since their attention was drawn to it, they have seen a lot of flaws.
One of them said, “if the NDC is smart, they would have embarrassed all of us big time.”
