BCI And Peace And PLHs Donate Hospital Beds And CCTV Camera To Willing Ways Foundation

On Saturday April 11, 2015, The President of Breast Care International and the Chief Executive Officer of the Peace and Love Hospitals, Dr. (Mrs.) Beatrice Wiafe Addai with her team went to donate Sixty (60) Beds and CCTV Camera set to the Willing Ways Foundation at Fumesua near Kumasi.

Dr. Wiafe Addai noted how the mentally challenged patients were lying on bare floor when she visited the facility recently with some representatives from Direct Relief recently. It was during the visit that the C.E.O of Peace and Love Hospital promised them these relief items.

This donation is meant to help the people there to feel better even though they are mentally challenged. The Beds and CCTV Camera set which is valued at Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC20, 000.00)and are being donated to improve the sleeping condition and also monitor general activities at the facility.

Breast Care International (BCI) and Peace And Hospitals (PLHs)have been helping patients in need in Ghana including Willing Ways Foundation to access health care through donation of assorted medicines from Direct Relief, a medical aid organization based in the United States. As part of their social responsibility, BCI and PLHs is giving back once again to the community by providing Sixty (60) Beds and CCTV Camera set to Willing Ways Foundation in Fumesua near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

The Director of Willing Way Foundation, Madam Lydia Abena Manu acknowledged the invaluable assistance from Breast Care International and Peace and Love Hospitals by providing these beds and CCTV camera set to facilitate their work. They also appreciate the continuous assistance in the form of medical supplies for disease prevention and treatment to the facility and other several facilities across the country. The facility has received several donations from Breast Care International and Peace and Love Hospitals and hope that they continue to support their facility in the future.

Some of the mentally challenged patients also expressed their gratitude to Dr. Wiafe and the management of Peace and Love Hospitals and Breast Care International for coming to their aid.
They appealed to the public to emulate the steps of PLH and BCI.
