I Am A Better Fighter Than Mohammed Ali - Mayweather

Undefeated boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather has claimed he is a better fighter than boxing legend, Mohammed Ali.

Speaking in an interview with ESPN, when being compared to the boxing great, who lost his World titles to Leon Spinks in 1978, Mayweather said: ‘No one can ever brainwash me to make me believe that Muhammed Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson were better than me. No one could ever brainwash me and tell me that.’

Speaking further, he says his respect for the boxers remain undisputed for paving the way for boxers like him but he insists he is better than all of them.

‘But one thing I will do, I’m going to take my hat off to them and respect those guys because those are the guys that paved the way for me to be where I’m at today.’

Floyd Mayweather will take on Manny Pacquiao in the world’s biggest boxing fight at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
