The General Secretary of the main opposition, New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyepong has been in the media lately over comments he made concerning the outcome of a steering committee meeting.

A steering Committee meeting chaired by First Vice Chairman of the NPP sought to reverse a decision by the General Secretary to allow some parliamentary aspirants to contest the primaries even though they did not pay the fililng fees in full.

Mr Agyepong who said he was not informed of the meeting has expressed unhappiness over the decision in an interview on Okay FM.
