Aside Academic Works Build The Right Network For Your Business- CEO of Union S&L

Young leaders have been advised to find a way of balancing academic performance with engaging the right publics if they wish to succeed in doing business. CEO of Union Savings and Loans, Mr. Philip Oti Mensah, a guest speaker made this observation when he interacted with students at the Pentecost University College.

VIPZ CONSULT’s organized the 2015 edition of the annual symposium on LEADERSHIP dubbed ‘EMERGING GLOBAL LEADERS FORUM’ via Self Development. The aim of this year’s Informative Tertiary Train (iTT) Summit is to provide in-depth information to tertiary students and to help bridge the tertiary corporate institutions gap.

Organizers of the programme say Mr.  Philip Oti – Mensah’s invitation to the programme was critically considered based on a number of factors including his giant strides that has rebranded Union Savings and Loans to emerge the “Best SME Finance Company Ghana 2014” by the Global Banking and Finance review.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Oti Mensah made it clear that the starting point of every successful business depended solely on how business owners engaged with the public. The essence of this engagement is to build the right networks which would be drive the business forward.

Once you get the opportunity, you have to stay focus and look out for different ways of driving your business”, he advised.
